I got this at the Dollar General and I am loving it for my eye shadow base. I can even use there cheap eyeshadow with this and it last all day. I have never used Urban Decay Primer Potion so can't compare it. For a little over a dollar you can't go wrong.

I'm so glad you told me about this to, I love it! I have it in beige and nude and when I see it in other colors, gonna grab those too!
